Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms apply to all purchases of products from ProZigma Nutrition Pvt Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “ProZigma Nutrition,” “we,” or “us.” The customer, hereinafter referred to as “you,” must be at least 18 years old to enter into an agreement with us.
By completing a purchase with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Purchase and Subscription
We offer both one-time purchases and subscription services.
2.1 Subscription Without Binding Period
Our products are available on a continuous subscription basis with regular deliveries.
The subscription can be canceled at any time, effective from the next shipment.
Changes to products, prices, and delivery frequency may occur. Notice of significant changes will be sent in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse a subscription if fraud or lack of creditworthiness is suspected.
2.2 Introductory Offers
Introductory offers apply only to new customers and are limited to one per household.
Repeated cancellations and re-subscriptions with the intent to exploit introductory offers will not be accepted.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Prices remain valid until further notice and may be adjusted. Notice of price changes will be given in advance.
Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and EMI options.
In case of late payment, interest will accrue as per applicable laws, along with any collection fees.
4. Delivery
We deliver products according to the agreed delivery frequency via trusted courier partners.
Delivery will be completed without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the order date.
Delivery is considered complete when you or your representative receives the product.
In case of delayed delivery, you may withhold payment, demand delivery, request a price reduction, or cancel the agreement.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the first shipment, starting from the day you receive the product.
The product must be returned unopened and in its original condition.
The return must be made within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchase amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to subsequent shipments in a subscription.
6. Complaints and Returns
You have the right to file a complaint regarding product defects in accordance with Indian Consumer Protection Laws.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than the product’s expiration date.
If a complaint is approved, you will be offered a replacement product or a refund.
Any shipping costs related to complaints will be covered by the customer.
7. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations.

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
8. Customer Service
Our customer service is available via phone and email on weekdays from 09:00 – 17:00 IST.
Inquiries are normally answered within 2 business days.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions.
Changes take effect one month after notification, unless otherwise stated.
If you do not accept the changes, you are free to terminate your customer relationship.
