At ProZigma Nutrition Pvt Ltd, we take great care in providing high-quality nutrition products. Due to the nature of our products and safety regulations, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
1. No Return Policy
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns for any reason, including:
- Change of mind or incorrect purchase.
- Opened or unopened products.
- All supplements and nutrition products.
To ensure product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returned products under any circumstances.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.

- Our team will assess the issue and respond within 3-5 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product (subject to review).
- If your order is canceled before dispatch.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
